I want to grow a vegetable in a clear pot for my daughter's 5th grade class.
It will be a learning project so some thing straightforward and rapidly. I will be making use of a clear container so that they can see the roots and vegetable growing.
I live in Southern California so the weather is typically nice and sunny.
